Hamburger and Hash brown Cassarole (serves 4)

1 can cream of mushroom
1 pd of Hamburger meat
2 cups of hash browns (I find that Potatoes O'brien work best)
1/2 onion chopped
1 cup of cheddar cheese

spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and brown the meat and onion together, drain. pour in the hash browns into the baking dish and then the meat/onion mix pour on the cream of mushroom and then sprinkle on the cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
